I have had a fair few conversations recently with like minded Souls, discussing the process of Higher Self mergers, or ‘upgrades’. An event that is happening in all of our lives on a massive scale NOW.

This is the early Ascension process,and is happening to HUmanity as naturally as waking in the morning and putting the kettle on.

We are all feeling it…

Distortions in reality, time fluxes, physical symptoms such as feeling like you have the flu, inability or lack of motivation to add your energy to the third dimensional processes any longer, anxiety, periods of extreme love and joy, and so forth.

The list goes on.

Ascension is our rightful, natural state, and once we have moved into this state of being, and our reality has reformed around us accordingly, that will be it and all about it. No going back.

Every single one of us, HUmanity, the Lightworkers, know that we have a target, a prize, a Light at the end of the tunnel and that Light comes in the form of PURE LOVE. Our Divine Heritage and what we and Gaia have been waiting for now since the downturn in events in beautiful Atlantis, all those aons ago.

What most people are experiencing at present is a connection with their Higher Selves that is unlike any that they have experienced previously.

But this, due to the integration process, can fluctuate from day to day.

This is due to a number of reasons. The frequency of Light Codes that are being used to raise the Planetary vibration are set to do just that.

The process is being done for us, and that places everyone in the ‘fast-track’ boat where ‘stuff’ just gets thrown out of our bodies and realities, at a rate that can sometimes feel impossible to keep up with.

The Universal advice from the Higher Realms and the Teachers on Earth is to just ‘flow’ with this process, and fantastically, this is what everyone is doing.

Accepting and flowing. Rolling along on the Ascension wave, smoothly and naturally.

I would like to share a method that will make the Light Integration side of things even easier.

It’s simple, and most of you will be familiar with the concept and process of it.

It quite simply locks the Ascension Light Quotient into the Four Body System and holds it there, despite what is occurring around you.

I find this very useful as daily life at present, despite rolling and flowing, can present circumstances that drain your Light as fast as pulling out a bath plug.

Invocation

‘Archangel Metatron, please fill my Physical body with 80% Light Quotient’
(Pause while he does this, and be aware of beautiful golden ascension light filling your body)

‘Archangel Metatron, please fill my Mental Body with 80% Light Quotient’
(Again, pause briefly as he does this)

‘Archangel Metatron, please fill my Emotional Body with 80% Light Quotient’
(Pause, and integrate)

‘Archangel Metatron, please fill my Spiritual Body with 80% Light Quotient’
(Pause, integrate, and thank him)

Next, ask your Higher Self to ‘Unify my Chakras and Fields’
Be aware of your fields drawing together as a single Field of Light and your Chakra column lighting up from top to bottom.

Next..
‘Archangel Metatron, please place around me, The Ascension Bubble, and link it to your Ninth Dimensional frequency’

Wait briefly while he does this. Be aware of Light radiating through every cell of your body, on every level.

Finally, ask Archangel Metatron to bring forth The Pillar of Light, and run it from your Higher Self, down through every one of your Chakras
( Stellar Gateway, Causal, Soul Star, Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Naval, Sacral, Base, Earth Star) and into Hollow Earth.

Ask Archangel Sandalphon to ground the Pillar of Light at his end for you.
Thank him.

Your Four Body system is now running the correct Light Quotient that is needed for Ascension (80 – 83%)

This does not by any means provide ‘instant Ascension’ but it does mean that you are working positively with Light locked into your fields.

I know that this is a fantastic acceleration method.

It is also a powerful statement of intent, and as we all know, our intentions form our reality very quickly.
